From speaking with parents, we understand that we must improve our communication with parents when a day student requires medication to be administered during the school/college day.
Parents are now able to download and print a Medication Information form and pass the completed form to staff at St Piers School/College.
This form will then be processed and kept on file to ensure medication trained staff can administer the prescribed medication.
