Our adult residential services are registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England.

CQC inspections look at whether services are safe, effective, caring, responsive to people's needs and well-led. We welcome this scrutiny and share our inspection reports openly with residents, their families and the commissioners who support people to live at St Piers.

Our Adult Residential Houses

We offer weekly residential boarding for adults aged 18 and over with epilepsy, autism and severe learning difficulties. Our houses are spacious, well-equipped and set in stunning rural grounds just outside Lingfield. Each resident has their own bedroom, which they can decorate as they wish.

Our residential staff work closely with our therapy and medical teams to make sure every resident receives personalised support. This can range from providing a special diet to understanding how they prefer to communicate.

We follow our 'Extended Day' curriculum to give residents structure and help them build communication, independence and self-care skills throughout the whole day. We also support residents to plan menus, cook and learn a range of household skills they can use in their future lives.

Our most recent CQC inspection reports are available to download below. If you have any questions about our adult residential services, please get in touch.
